Our 8,000 sq ft climate controlled facility seats 250 guests, and tables and chairs for all 250 are included with your rental. We also provide upgraded white steel chairs, black or white linens, cocktail tables, a sound system, event insurance, high speed WiFi, and access to our commercial kitchen with an ice machine. One of our favorite inclusions is the decorations closet. It’s available with your rental, giving you access to decor you can use to personalize the space without having to purchase everything separately. You can see what works with your plans and make the venue feel like your own.

We’re located right off Highway 160, giving you the quiet of the Kansas countryside without making arrival difficult for your guests. Our paved parking lot makes it easy for family and friends coming from Wichita, Sedgwick, Wellington, Conway Springs, Argonia, and other South Central Kansas communities. We also have ADA accessible public restrooms, helping us provide a more practical and comfortable experience for the people joining you. You can enjoy the open land and Kansas scenery while your guests have a straightforward route to the venue.
Getting Ready Without the Scramble
We want the hours before your ceremony to feel like part of the celebration too. Our bridal suite and groom’s suite are located upstairs and away from the main activity, giving both sides of the wedding party their own space to get ready. Each suite has a private restroom, so you can settle in with your people without moving back and forth through the venue. The bridal suite also has a hidden staircase that leads downstairs, giving you another option for making your entrance when it’s time for the ceremony.
Work Directly With the Owners
When you book with us, you work directly with us. We’re hands on with the venue and our events because Diamond Springs Venue is part of our family’s land, and we want you to feel supported while you’re here. We also have an open vendor policy, so you can choose the professionals who fit your plans. Caterers and bartenders need to be licensed and insured. If you’d like help finding vendors, we also keep a preferred vendor list for bartending, cakes, catering, and DJs.
