Our venue is 8,000 sq ft on 17 acres, with 2 ponds and farm land attached.

We can accommodate 225 people comfortably.

There are designated smoking areas near the building.

Yes, we have fiber to the building with routers throughout. We do suggest you have things downloaded ahead of time just to be safe.

Yes, we have 2 85’ TV’s in the front of the building with 1 55’ tv near the bar area that can be used. There are speakers throughout the main building. We do suggest that during the wedding that you use your DJs speakers.

We DO NOT include linens with the rental, but have white round, cocktail, and rectangle table cloths that can be rented for 15.00 per linen.  When renting from us, we will have the table cloths placed before your wedding, after the wedding you will not have to do anything with them, we will take care of it.
